Obituary for John "Jack" Urbanski
John "Jack" Urbanski 78 of Streator passed away peacefully on July 16th, at OSF St. James Hospital in Pontiac, IL.
Per his wishes cremation rites have been accorded and there will be no services.
He was born on March 12, 1947 at St. Mary's Hospital in LaSalle, to John and Rose (Jasper) Urbanski.
He was employed for several years at Transco Company, in Streator. He was a member of the Eagles in Streator.
He is survived by the following:
Rona (Leonard) Burrows, and Mathew Burrows of Utica. Shane Burrows of Oglesby.
Carrie (Brian) Hicks of Utica.
Jennifer Raridon of LaSalle. Nikki (Michael) Wall, Ava Wall, and Bristol Wall all of Jonesville, IL.
Rob, Madi and Zoey Ternyik, all of Freemansburg, PA
