Emily Rose Sajnaj, 94, of Peru. , passed away at 6:38 AM, Thursday, March 14th, 2013 at IL. VALLEY COMMUNITY HOSPITAL where she was a patient for 3 days Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, March 18th, in St. Hyacinth Church with Rev. Paul Carlson officiating. Burial in St. Hyacinth Cemetery Visitation will be on Monday 9:00 - 11:00 AM in ST. HYACINTH'S CHURCH. Born in LaSalle, on August 28, 1918, into the patriarchal family of Joseph and Rose (Gunia) Krasinski. Emily was very proud of her Polish Heritage Graduated from St. Hyacinth Grade School and St. Joseph Commercial High School Worked at Westclox for many years She married Edward Sajnaj on August 12, 1946 in St. Valentine's Church. He owned Sajnaj's Buffet in Peru. and was a Member of St. Valentine Church Peru She was past member of the St. Bede Mother's Club and past president of St. Valentine Mother's Club. She prayed the Rosary everyday, being a good mother was her life ambition which became her masterpiece.
