Obituary for Rose Marie Wojciechowski
Rose Marie Wojciechowski 86 passed away peacefully on October 15 at SECU Hospice House of Brunswick in Bolivia, NC. A funeral mass will be Saturday November 4th at 11AM in St. Hyacinth Church. The Very Reverend Thomas Otto, Pastor of LaSalle Catholic Parishes will officiate. Burial will follow at St. Hyacinth Cemetery. Visitation will be in the church on Saturday from 10AM until the time of services. The Burgess Funeral Home in LaSalle is handling the arrangements.
Rose Marie was born on December 30, 1936 to Michael and Mercedes (Sment) Walendukanis in LaSalle.
On September 26, 1959 she married Edmund “Eddie” Wojciechowski at St. Hyacinth Church in LaSalle.
She was employed for many years by the K-Mart Corporation in Peru. She was a member of St. Hyacinth Church. She was a member of the St. Hyacinth Mother’s Club, St. Hyacinth Altar and Rosary Society, and sang in the St. Hyacinth Choir.
Two Sons: Jerome Wojciechowski, Bill (Sherry) Wojciechowski.
One Daughter: Laurie (Tim) Robbins
Three Grandsons: Adam (Katie) Wojciechowski, Ryan (Caroline) Wojciechowski, and Aaron (Amanda Nehrlich) Robbins.
Two Granddaughters: Brittnee (Frankie) Rodriguez, and Sarah (Craig) Wright.
Nine Great Grandchildren: Vivian Wojciechowski, Alejandro Rodriguez, Ford, Vivan, and Carson Wright, Reagan and Brooks Wojciechowski, Noah, and Sophie Robbins.
She is preceded in death by:
Her husband of sixty three years Eddie (2023),
Two Sisters: Dolores Renkosik (2022), and Jeanne Samolinski (2014)
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to the ALZ Org. (Alzheimer’s Organization).
