Funeral Mass will be held at 12:00 Noon on Monday, May 23rd, in St. Hyacinth Church with Very Most Reverend Antonio Dittmer officiating.
Burial at St. Hyacinth Cemetery
Visitation will be on Monday 11:00 - 12:00 Noon in St. Hyacinth Church

Born on December 9, 1934 in Peru to Floyd and Madelyn (Harzheim) Bernard
Married Shirley Jaraczewski on August 27,1960, in St. Hyacinth Church
Worked as a Electrical General Forman for Concos in Mendota for 30 years and also for Unytite for over 10 years
He served in the U.S. Navy in the Korean War.
Member of St. Hyacinth Church and LaSalle VFW.

Daughter Penny (Dale) Steele, of Dimmick;
Daughter Michele (Robert) Waters, of Dimmick;
Son Robert (Bobette) Bernard Jr., of Dimmick;
Sister Kathy (Dan) Marple, of Tennessee;
Brother Floyd (Martha) Bernard, of Carbondale
3 Grandchildren Jacob and Samantha Bernard and Zachary Waters
Several Nieces and Nephews, especially Joe Jaraczewski
Best Friend Tom Mrowicki and family
Full Military rites will be conducted by Peru Veterans Group
