Patsy Wieczorek, 63, of La Salle, IL., passed away at 12:25 AM, Wednesday, November 28th, 2012 at LASALLE CO. NURSING HOME after a lengthy battle with cancer. Memorial Service will be held at Burgess Funeral Home, LASALLE, IL., at 10:00 on Monday, December 3rd, with Rev. Antonio Dittmer officiating. Burial will be at St. Hyacinth Cemetery Visitation on Sunday 3:00 - 5:00 PM in Burgess Funeral Home. Born in Chicago, IL. on April 10, 1949, to Joseph and Elizabeth (Glupczynski) Wieczorek. Survivors 1 Daughter, Mechelle Wieczorek of Florida. 1 Sister, Carol Smith of Peru. 1 Grandson Cody Leger of LaSalle, 2 Great Grandchildren, 3 Nieces Catherine (Craig) Szczygiel of Ottawa, Ann Purkes of Ottawa, and Mary Dorsett of Grand Ridge. 5 Great Nieces and Nephews and 4 Great Great Nieces and Nephews. Preceded in death by Parents and 1 Nephew In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to the family.
