Obituary for Patricia Credi
Patricia A. (Powers) Credi, 62, of Peru passed away in her home of an extended illness. A mass of Christian burial will be at 11 AM Tuesday at ST. HYACINTH'S CHURCH in LaSalle, the Rev. Michael Andrejek officiating. Visitation will be 9-11 AM Tuesday at ST. HYACINTH'S CHURCH. Mrs. Credi was born March 13, 1949 in Oglesby to Arthur and Irene (Piecha) Powers. She married Quinn Credi on November 8, 1969 in St. Roch’s Church, LaSalle. Patricia graduated LaSalle-Peru High School and was a homemaker and mother. Patricia gave love to all those lives she touched. She will be lovingly remembered by all who were fortunate to have had her in their lives. She enjoyed singing, playing the guitar, painting and cooking. Mrs. Credi was a member of St. Roch’s and St. Hyacinth’s Church and the VFW Ladies Auxiliary of LaSalle. Survivors are her husband Quinn of Peru, one sister Helen (Dennis) Letourneu of LaSalle; one brother Arthur (Joan) Powers of LaSalle. Two daughters, Anne (Luke) Sumpter of Greensboro, NC. ; Mary Credi of Peru and one grandson Jagger. She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and Irene (Piecha) Powers, one sister Mary Sweeting and one son James.
