Obituary for Linda J Ratajczak
Linda J. Ratajczak 68 of Peru passed away Saturday January 9, at 5:42PM in Flanagan Rehabilitation and Health Care Center in Flanagan IL. A funeral mass will be held on Saturday January 16 at 10:30 in St. Valentines Church in Peru. Monsignor Brian Rejsek will officiate. Burial will follow in St. Joseph’s Cemetery in Spring Valley. Visitation will be Saturday January 16 in the Church from 9 until the time of services. The Burgess Funeral Home in La Salle is handling the arrangements.
She was born on September 30, 1947 in Peru to Frederick and Bertha (Marks) Preiser.
She was a seamstress for many of years. She worked at CA Jensen in La Salle, Gordon’s, and Bergner’s in Peru as a sales associate.
She belonged to St. Mary’s Church in Peru, a Red Cross Volunteer, a Peru Library Volunteer, Catholic Daughters of America, St. Joseph’s Altar and Rosary, and Peru Catholic Mother’s Club.
She is survived by;
1 daughter: Jacquelyn Pienta of McNabb
1 son: Jeff Ratajczak of Oglesby
1 brother: Mark (Tam) Preiser of Peru
3 grandchildren
1 great granddaughter
She is preceded in death by her parents.
