Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 7th from 1:00 - 3:00 PM in BURGESS FUNERAL HOME in Utica Born in LaSalle on November 20, 1937 to Eugene and Martha (Mertel) Small Married Barbara Kotowski on April 23, 1960 in St. Patrick's Church Served in the US Army with the 32nd Signal Battalion in Darmstadt, Germany Retired farmer in Waltham Twp., former board member of Waltham Grade School, involved with LaSalle Boy's Baseball for 15 years, former member of LaSalle County Regional Board of Trustees for 23 years, former LaSalle County Soil and Water Conservation farm family of the year 1993, served on the board of directors for Troy Grove elevator.
