Obituary for Kathryn Yvonne Carr
Kathryn Yvonne Carr 77 of LaSalle and formerly of Utica, peacefully passed away with family at her side at Allure Nursing Home in Mendota on October 8th
Per her wishes cremation rites were accorded and there will be no services. The Burgess Funereal Home in LaSalle is assisting the family.
Yvonne was born on March 28, 1946 to Gene and Minnie Kathryn (Wright) Wear.
She married Frankie Leo Carr.
She was employed for several years at Todd Uniforms in LaSalle.
She enjoyed watching old movies especially John Wayne westerns, and Elvis Presley movies. She truly cherished spending time with family and friends. She would never pass up an opportunity of playing cards. Her two favorite games were, Texas Rummy, and Skip-Bo.
She is survived by her children; Lori Carr of LaSalle, and Robert Carr of Seymour Tennessee.
Four Grandchildren: Jennifer, Derek, Amber, and Ashley. Five Great Grandchildren.
One Brother: Walter Wear. Four Sisters: Connie Husband, Diane Sater, Cindy Fuller, and Patricia Rodriguez.
Many nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by; her parents, one brother; Michael Wear, and one sister; Barbara Wear.
