Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday July 27th in the Burgess Funeral Home in Utica with Pastor Lloyd Johnson officiating
Burial in Oak Hill Cemetery in Utica
Visitation will be on Wednesday 9:30 - 11:00 AM in the Funeral Home
Born on July 2, 1927 in Peru to Joseph and Ida (Allen) Sabo
Attended the Illinois School for the Deaf in Jacksonville graduating in 1946.
Worked 1 summer at Westclox before attending The Chicago Academy of Fine Arts, worked for over 20 years at Apeco in Chicago as a Quality Control Inspector. He returned to Peru for 30 years before living at Pleasant View Lutheran Home in Ottawa since 2006.
He was an accomplished artitst and astronomer.
