VALLEY COMMUNITY HOSPITAL Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, November 18th in Queen of the Holy Rosary Church in LaSalle with Rev. Paul Carlson officiating Burial in St. Vincent's Cemetery Visitation on Sunday 5:00 - 8:00 PM and Monday 10:00 - 10:45 AM in Burgess Funeral Home in LaSalle Born in LaSalle on May 2, 1954, to Vincent 'Dokes' and Sophie (Huczek) Plochocki. Married Kathleen Krzyaniak on June 21, 1975 in Queen of the Holy Rosary Church Worked for LaSalle Body and Fender for over 25 years Was a LaSalle Fireman for 29 years, LaSalle Alderman for 4 years, and member of Queen of the Holy Rosary Church Survivors 2 Daughters, Jaimie (Trent) Avery of Cameron IL. Jynny (Kevin Oberholz) Plochocki of LaSalle. 4 Grandchildren Caedyn and Kendyll Oberholz and Tucker and Tage Avery 1 Sister, Kathy (Donald) Wlodarchak of LaSalle. 4 Brothers, Don (Luanne) Plochocki of LaSalle ., Vincent Jr. 'Butchy' (Patricia) Plochocki of LaSalle., John (Doreen) Plochocki of LaSalle Rick (Lori) Plochocki of Peru.
