Obituary for Gene S. Knafelc
Gene S. Knafelc 62 of Addison IL and formerly of La Salle passed away unexpectedly on December 7 at 3:26 PM in his home. Cremation rites have been accorded. A private ceremony will be at a later date. The Burgess Funereal Home in La Salle is assisting the family.
Gene was born on August 1, 1956 to George and Genevieve (Klimek) Knafelc in la Salle.
He graduated from the University of Iowa with a bachelor’s degree in business/marketing.
He graduated from Educators of Beauty in La Salle. He was a licensed Massage Therapist.
He retired from United Parcel Service in Addison Il in 2015.
Gene is survived by:
His father George
2 Brothers: Geoff (Jane) Knafelc, and Greg (Diane) Knafelc both of La Salle.
Nieces and Nephews.
He was preceded in death by:
His mother (Genevieve 2017) and a sister (Georgeann 1992).
