Obituary for Frieda Brennan
Frieda Brennan 91 of Peru passed away Thursday October 24 at 7:35PM in Manor Court in Peru. Cremation Rites will be accorded. A memorial mass will be held on Monday October 28 at 10 AM in St. Mary’s Church in Utica. Msgr. James Swaner will officiate. Visitation will be from 9AM until the time of services in the church. The Burgess Funeral Home of LaSalle is handling the arrangements. Frieda was born on June 3, 1922 in Union City New Jersey to Alex and Rubina (Walsh) Scott. She married James Brennan on September 19, 1942 in Durham North Carolina. She was a member of St, Mary’s Church in Peru, and a housewife. She is survived by: 1 son James “Doc” Brennan of the St. Croix 2 daughters; Jane (Kim) Keutzer of LaSalle Nora Brennan of Chicago 7 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren She is preceded in death by: her husband in 1986, 2 sisters, 1 brother and 1 Son-In-Law David Tuma
