Burial in Oak Hill Cemetery in Utica Visitation will be on Sunday 2:00 - 6:00 PM and Monday 9:00 - 10:00 AM in Burgess Funeral Home in Utica Born in Princeton, IL. on May 15, 1950, to Truman and June (Bailey) Esmond . Married Sandra Niccum on April 8, 1972 in St. Columba in Ottawa Mayor of Utica since 2001 and Owned and operated Esmond Excavating for 41 years Member of LaSalle County Mayors Accociation, I.V.A.C., and American Legion Served with the Army Reserves Survivors Wife Sandra in Utica 2 Daughters, Sarah (John) Schweickert of Utica.
