Obituary for Frank J. Tauscher Jr.
Frank J. Tauscher Jr. 75 of Peru passed away October 26 at 10:10 AM in Heritage Health in Minonk IL. Cremation rites have been accorded. A memorial mass will be Saturday November 3rd at 10:00AM in St. Joseph Church in Peru. Monsignor Richard Soseman pastor of Peru parishes will officiate. Burial will follow in St. Hyacinth Cemetery. A memorial visitation will be in the church on Saturday from 9:00 AM until the time of services. The Burgess Funeral Home in La Salle is handling the arrangements.
He was born on June 12, 1943 in St. Mary’s Hospital in La Salle to Frank Sr. and Antoinette (Wasik) Tauscher.
He worked as a tool and die maker for over 30 years at Westclox, Caterpillar and Go Dan Industries of Peru.
He was a member of St. Joseph Church in Peru, a Volunteer Fireman for the City of Peru, and a member of the Knights of Columbus # 792 in La Salle.
He is survived by:
2 Daughters: Betty (Steve) Hegele of Amelia Ohio, and Barbara Tauscher of Bloomington IL.
2 Sisters: AntoinetteTauscher of Montlake Terrace Washington, and Patricia (Ken) Kuhar of Englewood Colorado.
2 Grandchildren: Steven and Analiese Hegele.
He is preceded in death by:
His parents, 1 Son Robert (2015) and 1 Sister Mary.
