Mrs. Florence Stopa, 86, formerly of LaSalle, passed away Wednesday, January 23rd, 2013 at Meadows Mennonite Nursing Home , Chenoa IL.. Funeral Mass at 10:00 on Monday, January 28th, in St. Hyacinth Church with Rev. Paul Carlson officiating. Burial in St. Hyacinth Cemetery Visitation on Sunday 5:30 - 8:00 PM at Burgess Funeral Home and Monday 9:00 -10:00 AM. at ST. HYACINTH'S CHURCH. Born in Peru, on July 11, 1926, to Andrew and Loretta (Krueger) Mrowicki She was a Homemaker and a member of St. Hyacinth Church Married Joseph C. Stopa on June 26, 1948 in St. Valentine's Church Survivors: 2 Sons Joseph (Debbie) Stopa of Normal., Michael Stopa of LaSalle. 3 Granddaughters, Haleigh, Lindsay & Maggie Stopa. 1 Brother, Raymond (Josephine) Mrowicki of Peru. Preceded in death by her Parents, Husband in 1992, 1 Daughter and 1 Brother Pallbearers will be Roger & Mark Vulcani, Mark & Shawn Sauvageau, Michael Ladzinski & Dale Gosnell.
