David “Hymie” Billhymer 62 of Peru passed away at 12:13 PM on October 11 in Heritage Health in Peru. Cremation rites have been accorded.
A Celebration of Life, or as Dave would say a “Boo Hoo” Party will be Thursday October 17 in the Burgess Funeral Home in LaSalle from 5 PM to 8 PM.
He was born on February 18, 1957 at People’s Hospital in Peru to Charles and Regina (Pyka) Billhymer.
He was employed by Double “M” Trucking in LaSalle for 30 years working construction sites driving a truck.
He was a member of the Teamster Union 722 in LaSalle.
He is survived by:
1 Daughter: Bailee (fiancé; Anthony Wallace) Billhymer of Sycamore IL.
1 Son: Robert Billhymer of Hartford WI.
2 Grandchildren: Haylie and Aiden.
He is preceded in death by:
His Parents, 2 Brothers; (Charles Jr. 1958 and Dennis 2015)
In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the family for his favorite charities.
