Obituary for Clifford M. Stasiak
Clifford M. Stasiak 36 of Utica passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family July 23 at 3:46PM in St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria. A funeral mass will be Saturday July 27 at 11 AM in St. Hyacinth Church. The Very Reverend Paul Carlson Pastor of LaSalle Catholic Parishes will officiate. Visitation will be in the church Saturday from 9 AM until the time of services. The Burgess Funeral Home in LaSalle is handling the arrangements.
He was born on May 1, 1983 to Michael and Araceli (Falcon) Stasiak.
Clifford was a vibrant, joyful young man. He loved his family so very much and enjoyed all the moments we spent together, whether it was in the back yard by the pool, going out to dinner, or just sitting around the house having casual conversation. Clifford, Araceli (mom), and myself (Michael his father) were inseparable in life and the love we showed for each other can not be described in words. Clifford loved sports, especially the Chicago Bulls (Michael Jordan of course), but his passion was the Chicago White Sox. He would never miss a game, and would often go to games throughout the season. His most memorable moment was in 2005 at the World Series when we sat behind home plate for Game 1 and the White Sox won. His other passion was WWE Wrestling which he grew up with and continued to watch throughout his life. Clifford always had a smile on his face and conversed with everyone, he always brought a smile to their faces and made their day special. The one thing that everybody will remember about Clifford was his contagious laugh and how it would light up a room. Based on all of the sadness the family is experiencing, heaven has surely received an angel, we just hope they have cable tv so he can continue to watch his beloved White Sox.
He is survived by: His parents, Paternal Grandmother Darlene Stasiak of Peru, Maternal Grandmother Maria Gonzalez, of Spring Valley. Godmother Carol Hervatic, Aunts and Uncles: Jerry Perez (Debbie Perez), Carlos Falcon, Hugo Gonzalez, Javier Ramirez-Rocha (Teyilda Falcon), and Joanie Falcon, Cousins: Tony, Lorena, Marco Falcon, Elayna Falcon-Fehr, Sofia Gonzalez, David, Dayte, Javier Jr. Ramirez-Rocha, and Kelsey Perez.
He is preceded in death by: Paternal Grandfather; Robert Stasiak, Maternal Grandfather; Carlos Falcon, and Godfather / Great Uncle Raymond Stasiak.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to his family for his favorite charities.
