Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 AM on Monday, May 21st, in St, Mary's Church in Utica with Monsignor James Swaner officiating. Burial in St. Mary's Cemetery in Utica Full Military services will be conducted at the cemtery Visitation will be on Sunday 5:00 - 8:00 PM in Burgess Funeral Home in Utica and Monday 9:00 - 10:00 AM. at ST. MARY'S CHURCH. . Born in Utica, IL on April 10, 1939, to Bernard and Marie (Ristau) Payne. He served in the U.S. Marines. Worked as an operating engineer for 50 years Member of Operating Engineers Local 150, Marine Corp League, American Legion #731, A.B.A.T.E, and Maui Hogs Chapter Married Jodene Fleming and later Married Paula Carey on June 5, 1993 in Las Vegas Survovors Wife Paula of Utica 1 Daughter, Amy (Thomas) Burgess of Utica. 1 Son James (Linda) Jones of LaSalle. 1 Brother, Michael (Sue) Payne of Utica. 7 Grandchildren and 1 Great Granddaughter Preceded in death by Parents and 1 Daughter in 2008 In Lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the
