Obituary for Amy Lynn Mauritzen
Amy Lynn Mauritzen, born May 26, 1973 in Peru, left behind her loving family and numerous friends on January 10th after braving a terminal cancer diagnosis.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents; Sam and Dorothy Scacciferro, and Les and Jean Mauritzen. An Uncle; Tom Scacciferro.
Amy is survived by a daughter; Savanna Dodd, a son; Zander Dodd. Her parents; Steve and Jill Mauritzen. One sister; Claire (Kevin) Byron. A niece; Payton Byron. A nephew; Parker Bryon. Her cousins; Kelly Campbell, Jenna Correll, Jason, Nick, and Luke Walters, and Ashley Noonan. Her aunts and uncles; Paula and Chuck Mauritzen, Sue and John Walters, Karen Scacciferro, and Gregg Scacciferro.
Amy loved working at Walmart, and going to the Wisconsin Dells. She cherished being around her family and friends, her yard, and her pets; Ally, Jesse, and Jaxson.
There will be a celebration of life gathering at a later date.
